Obligations and duties of AkeeN referent coach

  • The coach is bound to professional secrecy at the organizational or coachee level.
  • AkeeN professional coach practice requires training, experience and supervision.
  • Aware of his position, the coach refrains from exercising any undue influence.
  • During AkeeN journey, the coach takes all necessary means to enable the professional and personal development of the coachee.
  • The coach guarantees the framework and the means
  • The coach is attentive to the job, the uses, the culture, the context and the constraints of the organization.

The commitments of the coachee

  • The coachee is responsible for the content and topics to be covered, related to professional mobility. 
  • The coachee is committed to participate in all stages of AkeeN journey.
  • The coachee is compelled to :
    • to keep the information relative to the journey strictly confidential, and to this end, to protect it under the protection to their own information and confidential documents;
    • not to disclose information provided by AkeeN, to any person, company or third party, neither by email or orally….
    • to complete an evaluation form at the end of the journey.
