0. How can we guarantee that the employee will finish the journey?

AkeeN cannot guarantee anything but will put everything in place to keep the motivation of the employee, a progress timeline and reminder emails in case of non-connection for more three weeks. In addition, experiences coaches are ready to respond within 48 hours following a request.


1. How to reassure the employee about the privacy policy?

AkeeN protects the privacy of its users by complying with existing regulations. Thus, AkeeN is a company in compliance with the GDPR. The privacy policy has been developed to provide you with the best information on AkeeN's privacy policy and data use. In addition, we are required to amend this policy on a regular basis to keep us with the evolution of our services and your rights. Any update will be posted prominently on our page. 


2. Which system is planned, in case the company takes the option of coaching its employees by professional coaches?

As an option, AkeeN offers several coaching formulas:

  • Senior executives : 2 hours of coaching
  • Executives and employees: 1 hour of coaching
  1. The company chooses 3 referent coaches from the 10 AkeeN coaches who all follow AkeeN code of Ethics including the obligation of confidentiality.
  2. HR decides which employees will be entitled to 1 or 2 hours of coaching, user names will be assigned according to their profile, which will lead the company to follow their journey.
  3. At the beginning, the employee chooses a referent coach among the three coaches and sends him an email. The coache has then access to all information filled in by the employee in full transparency. It is also his duty to take note of it before the meeting with the employee. Proposed rate includes preparation and coaching time.
  4. One week before the appointment, the employee sends an email to the referent coach to set up a remote appointment via Skype or Webex.
  5. Coaching time: In both cases, AkeeN recommends 1 hour during Professional Project/ Pitch and Action plan. The additional hour could be for the professional leads to support senior executives in the selection of the three leads.
