About us


AkeeN is a company using the web to promote internal professional mobility for all employees. It provides:

  • A vision: Become the reference platform for internal mobility of the employees.
  • A clear target: Autonomous, accountable and motivated employees take care of their career and define an internal and realistic job project in accordance with their priorities 
  • A structured and digital offer: a journey through 7 stages completed in 2 to 3 hours. Objectives and instructions given at each step via videos that efficiently and simply guide employees.
  • An innovative personalized tool for employees: an end-to-end process, from the professional and personal assessment to a feedback from his network to build a solid job project at his own pace and in full objectivity and confidentiality.
  • A professional and experienced team: recognized expertise on the market through the publication of a book on professional mobility, and a team of senior coaches, who all agreed and signed the AkeeN Code of Ethics to support the digital journey. 
  • A "contagious passion": we like what we do, which is to help companies foster the commitment of their employees and to enable our coachee to build a professional future in accordance with their personal priorities.

Priscilla ChazotMagdelaine

Priscilla Chazot Magdelaine created AkeeN in 2015 to support the professional mobility.

She can rely on her own experiences:

  • professional : 6 years of Financial Audit at Arthur Andersen, 16 years of Consulting including 13 years with Capgemini Consulting, and 3 years as Head of Finance Department of Sopra Consulting, Manager of 20 consultants, Writer of 2 books, Professional coach, Tutor and Management Control Teacher at HEC (a world class business school)
  • academic studies : A Master in Finance Management at HEC and an Executive Coaching certification from Cergy Pontoise University;
  • volunteering : Godmother of Avarap association (management of a group of 14 executives looking for a motivated professional project), member of the Economic and Social committee of Asnières-sur-Seine, director of DUCPEC (Executive Coaching of Cergy Pontoise Alumni association), and organization of events on behalf of HEC-Entreprendre au féminin. (Women entrepreneur association)

Priscilla built this digital and internal mobilty tool, which allows to make a full professional and personal assessment, with network feedbacks to write the next page of his career. She published a book on professional mobility at DUNOD Publishing in 2017: « Assess yourself to revitalize your career : It's up to you ! ».
